Kshitij holds a degree in engineering and is practicing as a registered Indian patent agent since 2010. He also holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Delhi and has been a practicing Advocate in India for over a decade. He also holds a postgraduate diploma in Patent Law from the prestigious NALSAR University, India. He received training at the Japan Patent Office in Tokyo in 2013.
Kshitij has helped many clients in obtaining patents at major patent offices. Yoshi began his intellectual property career in 1981 and was admitted to practice as a Japanese patent attorney in 1986. Additionally, Yoshi has been registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office since 1998. Over the years, Yoshi’s practice has primarily involved preparing and prosecuting Japanese patent applications on behalf of U.S. clients, and he has provided input on prosecution of U.S. patent applications on behalf of numerous Japanese clients.
Yoshi holds a B.S. in organic chemistry from Doshisha University, and he has also engaged in graduate studies in organic chemistry. His professional associations include the Japanese Patent Attorneys’ Association and American Intellectual Property Law Association.
Vridhi is a registered Indian Patent Agent and Advocate, enrolled in the Bar Council of Delhi. She graduated in Energy Engineering and completed her LLB (Hons. in Intellectual Property) from Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property, IIT Kharagpur.
Vridhi handles patent and design filing and prosecution in the field of mechanical, electrical, electronics, blockchain, and IoT. She is also responsible for IP litigation and legal advice on IP and ancillary matters relating to IP.

Shivangi is an advocate, enrolled in the Bar Council of Delhi and an IP attorney. She completed her law degree in 2021 and further specialized in Intellectual Property Rights by earning her master’s degree from NMIMS University, Mumbai, in 2022. Since 2023, she has been a part of GIP, and has assisted many clients in registering their trademarks, designs, and copyright matters. She is further responsible for providing strategic legal solutions to clients on IP.
Niharika is a Patent Professional with a educational foundation, holding a Master’s degree in Electronics & Communication from Devi Ahilya University, Indore, and a Law degree from Karnataka State Law University, Bangalore. She utilizes her expertise as a former Women Scientist (Tifac WOS-C) in IPR, with experience in patent searching, prosecution, and drafting. A published author in an international journal, Niharika is also a registered Indian Patent Agent and an Advocate.
