Kshitij holds a degree in chemical engineering and has been practicing as a registered Indian patent agent since 2010. He also holds a certification from IIT Delhi in EV Technology. He also holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Delhi and has been a practicing Advocate in India for more than a decade. He also holds a postgraduate diploma in Patent Law from the prestigious NALSAR University, India. He received training at the Japan Patent Office in Tokyo in 2013.
Kshitij has helped many clients obtain patents at major patent offices. He also focuses on advising clients on various IP issues and specializes in non-contentious and contentious work, such as drafting agreements, IP litigation, negotiations, patent and trademark dispute resolution, and representations at the patent office, district courts, and high courts.
