Kshitij holds a degree in engineering and is practicing as a registered Indian patent agent since 2010. He also holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Delhi and is a practicing Advocate in India for more than a decade. He also holds a postgraduate diploma in Patent Law from the prestigious NALSAR University, India. He received training at Japan Patent Office in Tokyo in 2013.
Kshitij has helped many clients in obtaining patents at major patent offices. He also focuses on advising clients on various IP issues and specializes in non-contentious & contentious work, such as drafting agreements, IP negotiations, patent & trademark dispute resolution & representations at the patent offices, district courts, and high courts.
Tatsuzo Higashikawa plays his role as a Corporate Advisor for GLOBAL IP India. His activities have been making an important contribution to the stronger mutual relationship among the international clients of our firm.
Tatsuzo Higashikawa holds a BS in Agricultural Science from Kinki University and an MBA from the University of Wales and has also received 1-year academic training in Agricultural Science at the University of Kiel (CAU), Germany, in 1980. He is native to Japanease and speaks English and German.

Moumita is an IP attorney with more than a decade of experience in handling legal, trademark, design, and copyright prosecution and enforcement in India. She started her career in legal practice in junior courts where she had exposure to understanding the root level of legal issues. She has helped many Indian and foreign clients in registering their trademarks, designs, and copyrights at Major Trademark offices in India and abroad.
Vridhi is a registered Indian Patent Agent and Advocate, enrolled in the Bar Council of Delhi. She graduated in Energy Engineering and completed her LLB (Hons. in Intellectual Property) from Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property, IIT Kharagpur.
Vridhi handles patent and design filing and prosecution in the field of mechanical, electrical, electronics, blockchain, and IoT. She is also responsible for IP litigation and legal advice on IP and ancillary matters relating to IP.
